The Arc of St. Clair County is committed to supporting and protecting the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and advocating for their full inclusion and participation in the community. The Arc of St. Clair County is a private non-profit organization that relies solely on the support of our community to continue our mission. As a United Way funded agency our commitment is 100% to the community we serve. The Arc's, Inclusive Recreation Program, seeks to provide the least restrictive and inclusive recreation experiences for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, through creative programming and by working with existing recreational programs.
